Juli is a 500 hour Certified Yoga Teacher and completed her training at YogaLife institute in King of Prussia, PA. She is currently studying to become a Yoga Therapist. A free spirited yogi who has developed a love and appreciation for practice both on and off the mat. After years of putting aside her own self care while raising a family, she embarked on a journey of personal inquiry and development. Upon returning to her yoga practice, she began to feel a transformation occurring. Not only making her body stronger, she began to feel an inner peace, becoming more centered. She enjoys guiding others as they seek to restore balance by bridging the gap between the mind and body through self love and awareness.
Madi recently became a RYT-certified yoga instructor after years of personal practice. Starting in high school after some health issues, yoga became an integral part of her everyday life. It also became something that she loved to share with others. Getting her certification has been a great addition to now share such knowledge with more people. Outside of yoga, Madi is in graduate school, loves to read, and loves to take beautiful hikes with her dog, Olly.
Yoga is an ongoing journey of self-discovery unlike any other. My goal as an instructor is to guide students inward through the powerful connection of breath and movement and to find themselves being able to carry what is cultivated on the mat, into daily activity and interactions on the mat. I am so excited to warmly encourage students of all skill levels in their own health and wellness journey! My aim is to incorporate the use of a variety of postures, breathing exercises and meditation with a sense of play, curiosity, and exploration!
