In-Studio Group Classes

  • Hatha Yoga with Heather; Mondays & Wednesdays 9:30am-10:30am
    Some of the benefits of Yoga include include improved posture, strength, balance, flexibility, sleep, weight loss, stress relief, low back pain relief, neck/shoulder pain relief and relaxation. Group Yoga Classes are taught therapeutically, gently, safely, slowly, mindfully and meditatively with all levels of experience in mind. Each class includes education, breathing, movement, poses, meditation and relaxation.

  • Hatha Yoga with Juli; Tuesdays 6pm-7pm
    A yoga class for all beings. Whether you are new to yoga or looking for a basic flow, this class introduces foundational postures and teaches breath awareness. Expect to move with your breath building strength and flexibility of body and mind.

  • Vinyasa Yoga with Sherin; Mondays & Wednesdays 6pm-7pm

Beginning and Experienced practitioners alike are welcome to come and mindfully explore the powerful connection of breath        and movement in this moderately paced class.  Incorporating the use of a variety of postures, breathing exercises, and meditation, this class is aimed at guiding students inward to create deeper mind-body connection while building an inner sense of strength and resiliency in the process.  Join us as we create some space between the outward events in our daily lives and cultivate greater inner equanimity to carry with us off our mats! Bring your own yoga mat

  • Vinyasa Yoga with Madi; Thursdays 9:30am-10:30am, 11am-12pm
    This gentle vinyasa yoga will focus on flexibility and strength, promoting relaxation and balance. Moving with the breath, but slower and calmer than traditional vinyasa. This class is designed for those that want to get some blood flowing, but still want to relax and focus on their mind and therapeutic breathing. Open for all fitness levels, this class will help you feel more present in your body, improve strength, build better posture, and enhance flexibility.

  • Strength, Stretch, & Balance with TracySaturdays 9:30am-10:15am
    Improving balance makes everyday activities easier, like carrying groceries, walking up and down stairs, and quickly changing directions. Developing good balance can improve overall health and fitness levels, preventing the risk of injury and falls. Ideally a healthy workout routine incorporates strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. This class is designed to improve functional movement, tone and build strength, increase balance, and then stretch to improve flexibility -  all while having a little fun!

Special Info, Guidelines, and Procedures for In-Studio Classes

  • Monthly memberships and class cards for our online classes will not be accepted for the in-studio classes.

  • You must register or cancel at least 2 hours prior to the start of the class.

  • If you don't cancel at least 2 hours prior, you will not receive a refund.

  • You must bring your own yoga mat and props.

  • If you would like to purchase a mat or props, they are available for purchase on the Barefoot Yoga website and we can have them at the studio for you when you arrive.

  • There will be a special in-studio Covid-19 Waiver that must be signed 

  • If you or anyone you have been in contact with in the past 14 days has any symptoms, is waiting for a Covid-19 test result, or has tested positive, please do not come to class. If you find out within 3 days of attending an in-studio class that any of the above applies, please contact us immediately.
