  • Hatha Yoga Classes with Heather
    Some of the benefits of Yoga include include improved posture, improved strength, balance, and flexibility, better sleep, weight loss, stress relief, low back pain relief, neck/shoulder pain relief and relaxation. Group Yoga Classes are taught therapeutically, gently, safely, slowly, mindfully and meditatively with all levels of experience in mind. Each class includes education, breathing, movement, poses, meditation and relaxation.

  • Strength, Stretch, & Balance Class with Tracy
    Improving balance makes everyday activities easier, like carrying groceries, walking up and down stairs, and quickly changing directions. Developing good balance can improve overall health and fitness levels, preventing the risk of injury and falls. Ideally, a healthy workout routine incorporates strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. This class is designed to improve functional movement, tone, build strength, increase balance, and includes stretching to improve flexibility - all while having a little fun

  • Yoga Nidra Class with Heather
    There is evidence that Yoga Nidra improves sleep, aids in healing, and reduces pain and stress. Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique induced by a guided relaxation. During the relaxation, we are brought into a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, leaving us feeling more relaxed, rested, and rejuvenated.

  • Morning Warm Up and Meditation with Sabrina
    After your morning routine, come and allow yourself to be guided through the ease of warm up yoga stretching and relaxing meditation. Feel awake and at peace. Set the tone of calmness for your day before you do anything else. Enhance your awareness, find the big picture, boost overall sense of well being, build focus and gain more energy. Give your mind, body and soul a healthy start to your day. Requires yoga mat. Optional: Towel or cushion for knee issues, chair for meditation, blanket.

  • Gentle Yoga with Kayla
    This class focuses on deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and healing. Promoting physical and mental fitness through poses, breathing exercises, guided imagery, and often meditation. This class will help you develop body awareness, learn basic asanas and their various modifications. An emphasis on proper alignment will help you slowly and safely build strength. Within this class a full explanation of yogic breathing is offered, along with instruction on how to link your breath with movement. Suitable for most fitness levels and ages.

  • True Nature Flow & Yin with Morgan
    True Nature Flow and Yin will take you through a curated series of poses that are inspired by the rhythms of the natural world that connect us to our own subtle energy within the body.  Flow with sun salutations and standing poses as well as go deep into longer held yin poses. Each class will end with a guided meditation. This is a level 1/2 class for students who have some experience with yoga poses.

  • Vinyasa Yoga with Desirée
    This 60 minute class is a nice flow that is accessible for everyone. We take on different postures during this class, with many possible variations of the same posture, making sure everyone can enjoy. Between every pose we connect the postures with a flow of movements, so the entire sequence becomes one enjoyable flow. We move on the rhythm of the breath, using every inhalation and exhalation in perfect harmony with the movements.

  • Ashtanga Yoga with Desirée
    During this 60 minute guided class you will be led through the Ashtanga Half Primary Series by the teacher, guiding you up to Navasana’s half way point of the sequence. The class consists out of a fixed series of postures, and the teacher will count and talk you through the practice. We focus on increasing strength, flexibility, and a tranquil state of mind. Expect to get sweaty, both because of the physical practice and a focus on the free breathing technique with sound that heats up the body. Ashtanga Led Classes are open to students of any level, although a medium level of physical endurance is recommended.

  • Yin Yoga with Desirée
    This 60 minute Yin Yoga class has a focus on calming the mind and body. It is a slow paced, restorative practice that offers stillness and relaxation. It is the opposite of the styles of yoga that are know as “yang” styles, which are the more fast-paced styles like Vinyasa and Ashtanga. During Yin Yoga classes we practice restorative poses that we hold for a couple of minutes to completely relax

    I am sure you have heard of all of the benefits of meditation. There are so many: stress relief, better sleep, emotional balance, lower blood pressure, and more. Meditation is a great way to take care of ourselves. Meditation nurtures us and our souls. It is calming, healing, and can connect us with our higher and creative selves.  Meditation practices, and our experiences during meditation, are unique to each of us. Each week, we will explore a different style of meditation to help you learn what is right for you. Together, we will breathe, move, discuss, and experience a guided meditation, leaving you feeling nourished and relaxed.
